Charlie Chan Sunday Comics
On October 30, 1938, a Sunday comic strip featuring
famous detective Charlie Chan made its debut in newspapers across the United States. Drawn by noted artist
Alfred Andriola, the series lasted for nearly four years, ending on May 31, 1942.
As we were presenting the entire series of Charlie Chan Sunday comics
in a manner that coincided closely with actual calendar dates, our lengthy run came to a close at the end of May of this
year. We will begin posting our regular Charlie Chan Sunday Comics once again, beginning on Sunday, October 30 of this
year - a run that will last until May 31, 2009! Until then, we will be presenting other versions of Charlie Chan comics,
and it is our hope that you, our esteemed visitors, will find some pleasure in our humble offerings...
